Shipping

We no longer offer Free Shipping. We are working with our design team to remove the banner suggesting otherwise. Please refer to our ebay store for more details. If you decide to use your own shipping method please contact customer service at sales@richlandnutrition.com so we can accomodate to your needs. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Returns

Before you consider returning an item, it is important to note that nutritional formulas often take time to reach optimal performance. Beyond having realistic expectations about our formulas, it is imperative that you follow the directions as recommended. If you are still dissatisfied with your product, you may return it for a full product refund within 30 days of order receipt. BEFORE returning an item, you will need to contact our Customer Service Department via email to sales@richlandnutrition.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

Refunds

Product must be in a factory-sealed container for refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 (four) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The product refund will reflect the full price you paid minus the shipping and handling fees.
